Power Land Group was built around a simple problem: plenty of land gets talked about, but far less gets packaged in a way that a serious buyer can underwrite. We focus on fixing that.
That means dealing with real-world issues like messy title, inherited ownership, unclear buyer paths, builder criteria, acreage sizing, and basis that has to make sense in the current market. We do not chase volume for its own sake. We would rather move fewer deals that are packaged correctly.
PLG is based in San Antonio and works across Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, the Hill Country, and other Texas growth corridors where demand still exists for the right land. Our team blends acquisitions, operations, and digital deal flow so the site is tied to live business, not just branding.

Terry runs operations and keeps deals moving. He coordinates the intake, cleanup, vendor work, and follow-through that turns a lead into something buyers can actually underwrite.
